Appointments

To schedule an appointment please contact our office at (860) 524-5194. Same day or next day appointments will be given, based upon availability. Emergency services will be provided anytime.

New patients are always welcomed!

We are closed on the weekends and major holidays. As every effort is made to be on time for our patients, we ask that you extend the same courtesy to us by arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. Patients will be billed for late cancellations and or no-shows. Please schedule only definitive appointments.

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call (860) 351-7638 and one of the dentists will be contacted immediately.

Financial Policy

Co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, insurance assignments and the following Credit cards:

Payment Plans

For extended treatments, payment plans may be arranged with our office manager. Patients may review a treatment authorization form and treatment agreement before treatment is initiated. For extensive dental work, a full payment or sufficient financial arrangements must be made prior to completion of the treatment.Please remember that accounts past due, over 30 days, will be assessed with a 1 1/2% interest charges per month (18% per annum). Should the account be forwarded to our attorney, collection and court fees will be added to your account.

Dental Credit Card

The office also offers the opportunity to pay your dental bills through a number of specialized financing programs for elective medical/dental procedures. It’s ideal for co-payments, deductibles, and treatment not covered by insurance. Patients may be pre-approved on the spot for a low-interest monthly payment plan. Health Insurance Plans

To expedite processing of your insurance claims, please complete your portion of the insurance form prior to your appointment. This will allow us to have all essential information in order to process your claim.

Patients are responsible for payment. No insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. Some pay fixed allowances for certain procedures, others pay a percentage of the charge. You are responsible to pay any deductible, co-insurance, or other balance not paid by your insurance.

Any questions regarding insurance should be discussed with out patient coordinator and office manager. We will be happy to help you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy. Please remember, however, that the relationship is between you, the insured patient, and the insurance company.
