A delicious food that’s already a staple of any barbeque. Watermelons are extremely healthy, made mostly of water, vitamins A,C, and B6, and packed with Lycopene, a strong antioxidant.
Cheese is delicious. Pair it with fruit and crackers though? Now we’re firing on all cylinders! Cheese is full of calcium and phosphates which help to keep teeth strong, crackers are pretty neutral, and low acidity fruits like apples, apricots, and plums are just plain delicious! All of these also encourage saliva production which help to wash away bacteria in your mouth.
Corn on the Cob
A true American BBQ staples. This tasty dish is just loaded with nutrients, fiber, vitamin C, magnesium, and phosphorus. Keep a toothpick nearby though, we all know how irritating it gets to have those shells caught between your teeth!
Chicken and Veggie Kabobs
Grill some nice bite-sized chicken nuggets (cut them up yourself) with an herb blend seasoning, some bell peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, and get ready for a treat.
Cabbage is already a great low-calorie veggie chaulk full of vitamin C. hunt for a healthier variation of this great dish with things like Greek Yogurt and Apple Cider Vinegar taking place of the main mixes.
